!±8± 5 Secrets To Lose Weight, Save Money, And Stop Acne!

If you have tried everything to lose weight and cant, or if you want acne free skin, this may be the right solution for you. The best part, is that the tips below will save you money!

If you are ready to get serious about weight loss in the new year, this can help. However, if you are going to quit or give up easily, then you should read something else.

What I am going to teach you are the most powerful secrets in weight loss. These secrets can give you good, acne free skin; help you lose weight; help you sleep well at night; and help boost your energy.

I do not want to sell you any weight loss products. You don't need lap-band surgery, crazy supplements, or a ton of money. These secrets are cheap and easy. All you need is to give a little more effort than you do in your normal daily life.

What I will tell you is based on years of medical research and personal loss of over 80 pounds. I got more energy, my acne cleared up (after 10 years) and I look great!!

Are you ready?

Lets begin:

Secret 1. You must Eat Right! Your body is a miraculous machine. Like all machines, it needs clean fuel for best performance. Most people think that healthy food is boring food. You don't have to eat boring food to get fit. For a healthy, balanced meal, all you need is healthy complex, carbs, protein and veggies. You must however, avoid at all costs MSG, corn syrup and processed foods.

What are processed foods? Processed food is any manufactured food. Processed foods are easy, cheap and convenient. If your food comes with preservatives or was made in a factory, it is probably processed. You should eat good tasting, healthy food instead of food created in a factory.

Why are processed foods bad for you? Processed food makes your body slower and weaker. Process foods do not give you good, sustainable energy. The reason is that your body has to work harder to digest man-made chemicals than it does to digest natural ingredients.

Junk food can also make you emotional. Alcohol, drugs and (yes ) food all work the same way. Your body will react to what you put into it. Junk food (like other chemicals) can cause emotional highs and lows. This brings us to our next point, Junk food is toxic and causes acne in some people.

Your skin is an organ, when you eat bad food, your body must detox. This results in cystic acne (the worst kind) and I.B.S. (upset stomach). Finally junk food can make you fat. Junk food contains unnatural ingredients, excessive amounts of fat, sodium, sugar, MSG, etc.

Now, the bad news; Eating good while eating clean takes work.

You will need to cook your own food or hire a personal chef. If you are like me, you can't afford a personal chef. Cooking is very easy (when you follow recipes). Cooking can be fun and you can even involve your spouse / family.

But you say; I have no time! If you do not have the time, turn off your TV for 1 hour and use that time to cook all of your meals for the week.

Or, if you really need to watch your TV show, place a TV in the kitchen so you can view your channel while you cook. Kill 2 birds with one stone. Then fry one in olive oil and bake the other. Cooking fresh does not have to be boring or hard to plan. There are millions of pages dedicated to easy recipes on the internet. Just be sure you avoid too much sugar and too much salt.

Completely avoid premade foods, this includes sodas and fast food. If you have a sweet tooth, you can eat cookies, cake etc. But remember, you must make your own bread, cake or pastries. These treats taste way better than premade. Even cake mixes are bad as they too have all kinds of junk ingredients. The rule is that you have to make it fresh and you cannot use processed ingredients. Now, you can't eat just cake, but less than 60 years ago many skinny people had dessert every single night. Those people were in better shape than people (on average) today.

- Why make your own food? If you make your own food, you will burn calories while you make it. Also, if you cook it yourself, you will think twice before you just mindlessly pig out. Sitting in your car driving to the local fast food joint doesn't burn as many calories as standing up and cooking your own food.

- What to do? Cook in bulk. Bake chicken, fish, veggies or meats. You can bake several different kinds of entrees at once. While baking your protein, make side dishes on the stovetop. Once done, you can store them (fridge or freezer) in plastic containers. Microwave these containers for a quick meal throughout the week. Cooking at home is a fraction of the cost of eating out. Like all living things, you need to rebuild. This ONLY happens through rest and food.

Secret 2 You need to Sleep well. Your body needs rest. Most people do not rest enough. Sleep 8-10 hours each night. If you are getting enough sleep, you won't even need an alarm clock to wake up.. If you go to sleep early, you will wake up refreshed. If you go to sleep late, you will want to sleep more. Early to bed can be hard at first, but if you follow the other steps, you will want deep sleep and your body will demand it.

Secret 3. Exercise to burn energy. Food is made of calories. Calories are a unit of energy. Energy not used is converted to either fat or waste. Use more energy than you eat, you will lose fat. How can you use energy? Move more. "Couch to 5 k" is an excellent running program. You tube is full of boot camp type exercise videos. P90X is good program too.

Any exercise program will work as long as it meets these requirements: - You must sweat - You must be exhausted at the end - You must challenge yourself as much as you can (every time) - You must do some kind of exercise you want. Do moderate physical activity that you enjoy.

Secret 4. Stay Motivated! If you are embarrassed at the gym, you will soon hate the gym and then shortly after, not go at all. You don't need a gym membership, you can work out anywhere. How? Get active! Go for a long walk uphill. If you have no hills, go for a walk at the park. If you don't have a park, find some stairs (hotel, office, whatever). Run up and down the stairs. If you can't run, walk up and down. If it's sunny, go swimming. If it's cold, go ice skating. If you are bedridden, get some mail order weights and move your arms around.

However, the best moderate exercise is walking upright, uphill. Physics tells us that energy use is highest when moving against gravity. Walk uphill. Run uphill. If on a treadmill, you NEED TO NOT LEAN! Leaning on a treadmill is not a workout. Stand up - feel the burn. It's weakness and fat leaving your body.

Secret 5. Have fun. A boring workout is work and usually you need to be paid to go to work. There are many workouts where you can have fun and not be bored. Ride a bike, walk in the mall (without stopping), walk on a beach, go swimming at the beach, etc etc. The gym can be fun too, but use some variety so you don't get burned out or bored.

These weight loss secrets require work but will work for you. Try it for 3 weeks and you will see a noticeable improvement.

Living in the Philippines on an Entry-Level Employee Income

!±8± Living in the Philippines on an Entry-Level Employee Income

If you held an income of 00 per month and like relaxing on beautiful beaches, then living in the Philippines is a very attractive option that you should think about. If you could set up a consulting business or any other line of employment that allows you to work anywhere you want, a simple entry-level pay of 00 every month is enough to live a very luxurious lifestyle in the Philippines.

What's the most basic question for someone thinking about living in the Philippines? Of course, it's rent -- and how much it is. Rent for one or two bedroom apartment in Manila could cost you anywhere from 0-00 every month. Your place will be very Westernized, and not a broken down house that most people will imagine when living in an Asian country. And this would be at the centralized location that is very urban and modern at the same time, not a rural province. If however getting away from the city is your main goal, then your costs are definitely going to be cheaper than it would be to live in the city.

Those who want to live in the Philippines and have desires for socializing are in for a treat -- Manila has some very great locations for nightlife and general fine living. These locations are vibrant, and have great friendly people, and if you go to the right places they're not too overcrowded. There are great Western restaurants, great communication technology and a reasonable amount of western amenities. Food can easily cost you about 0-0 every month specially if you factor in eating out at restaurants around three times a week. To have a great point of reference, living in the Philippines with this lifestyle would cost you at least 0-00 every month if you live in the USA, possibly more if you live in expensive cities such as New York City. Utilities are cheaper as well; you can count on spending 0-0 to pay your electricity bills, a telephone, broadband Internet, cable television, and cell phone services.

If you want to treat yourself to more luxury when living in the Philippines, such as getting a car and paying for maid services than the amount you will be paying every month will depend on how luxurious you want to be. Any remaining income you have can be spent on personal entertainment such as nightlife and shopping, which the urban areas in the Philippines have plenty of. The beautiful thing about living in the Philippines is that you can truly design your lifestyle to fit your monthly income, and not the other way around. The important thing is that before you go pack your bags and migrate to the Philippines, is that you do your research and get the facts straight depending on your wants and needs and your desires. It is also important that you find someone to consult would organize and gone ahead and has actually done what you want to do. However, living in the Philippines while making a North American income is definitely one of the better and more luxurious moves that you can make for yourself.
